Some information
This Autumn Aquitaine Langues is organising a residential French language with conversation practice, basic and fundamental revisions and a cookery course with inspirational Chef Dominique.
Meal Preparations will be a hands-on involvement with an initiation to innovative recipes using quality Périgord produce and fabulous Bergerac wines.
There will also be wine–tastings at Chateau Bélingard and Clos d’Yvignes.
The course will be based in Le Domaine de la Queyssie for the whole duration of the stay.
The place is fun with lots of space and Dominique et Jacques are very welcoming and easy going people.
Le Domaine de La Queyssie, near Saussignac was formerly a Chartreuse recently converted into a Residence for Chambres d’Hôtes with double and twin bedrooms, a gîte (sleeps 4 people) with a private swimming pool and a few single rooms.
