A Moroccan Medina in Bordeaux!

Every year in May, the Bordeaux International Fair, with its 150,000 sqm of exhibition space, of which 80,000 sqm is covered and air conditioned, welcomes over 300,000 visitors to its many interesting and excellent events. This year will be no different.

The four "dynamic poles" of the fair this year are:

International pole
The delicious smell of Moroccan spices and Colombian coffee, the furniture of Egypt or the Brazilian dance... Here is the charm to the International Pavilion. All the cultures are mix in a giant cocktail. Are you ready for the most incredible travel all around the world? Welcome in the universe of the International Pavilion! 5 continents, forty countries, thousands of products and creations coming from the whole world!

The big attraction this year will no doubt be the Moroccan theme. An entire Medina will be constructed in the centre of the exhibition space -- with its souks, tanneries, and artisans working at their medieval arts and crafts of leatherwork, pottery, carpet weaving and metal beating, where mint tea will be offered and warm Moroccan smiles will welcome the visitors.

Emotions and spare time poleBordeaux International Fair is also a single commercial offer. It is the good way to compare, unearth ideas, buy, test, and inform you about new products: Gifts, Fashion, Clothes, Leisure, Multimedia, Sport, Domestic equipment, Services, Campers, 4x4... Find also the craftsmen present at the Craft industry of Art Exhibition.

Life and House pole
Find all that you could possibly need for your home, your comfort and your pleasure with the Life and House pole! And visit the Environment exhibition -- the space dedicated to nature and the sustainable development!

Agricultural poleThis will be my own favourite spot to visit --- The Aquitaine Agricultural Show is an important event for producers and breeders: more than 2000 animals representing the different breeds of cattle, sheep, horses and other farmyard animals are present all through the show in a giant farm. Located at the centre of Bordeaux International Fair, in a new place of 8.000 sq allowing the best conditions of reception of the animals and an increased visibility, the Aquitaine Agricultural Show gives a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the agricultural and wine country.
